Dr. Ngai has been my dentist for about four years now and I’m really happy with her. Recently when I had an issue with a hygentist, the front desk staff worked with me to resolve the issue.
Everyone here is very caring and supportive and overall it’s been a great experience

Dr. Ngai is impressive in that she is professional in how she treats her patient with care and with concern about the patient’s needs, also in how she keeps up-to-date on on dentistry methods and materials, and in how she manages her office. It’s always a pleasure to come in for an appointment; her staff is welcoming and friendly, and I always feel confident about the treatment I’m about to receive. Dr. Ngai may be the best dentist I’ve experienced.

I was nervous going back to the dentist after a considerable amount of time away. I knew I needed dental work and wasn’t sure about the cost or what would happen. Dr. Jenny Ngai and her team made me feel welcome and put my anxiety at ease. Dr. Jenny was very gentle and took the time to explain to me what she was doing and why. Her team accommodated my work schedule and were always friendly. The cost of all my visits was reasonable and affordable. Now my teeth look so healthy and white!

I hadn’t had dental insurance for years until mid November and Dr. Ngai fit in all my cleanings, crowns, and fillings I needed done by January. She was very comfortable to work with throughout my 4 sessions and when I needed to adjust my crowns got me in as soon as possible. I love my new smile and her practice provided amazing work and prioritized my schedule.

Dr. Ngai and her staff take great care of my teeth and gums. They are very proactive about heading off problems quickly. I can always get an appointment quickly if a problem develops. My teeth are in the best health they have been in years. I highly recommend Dr. Ngai and her staff’s excellent services.

Dr. Ngai is an excellent dentist. I am grateful for her knowledge, skill, and genuine caring nature. She did a bone grafting procedure on an area around the post of my molar implant in 2014. The bone has been growing back and now covers the threading of the post again. Truly amazing. Highly recommend Dr. Ngai and her staff.

Dr. Ngai cares about the health of her patients. She knows her craft and I trust her expertise in the field. She’s taken care of my teeth for 20+ years and I keep going to her office even though it’s no longer close to my home. Oral care is important for the whole body and I don’t mind driving extra a few times a year. If you want to find a long term dentist, Dr. Ngai will be there for you.

Prior to finding Dr. Ngai’s practice, I’ve been to over a dozen dentists in three different states over the past 40+ years and none have been more concerned, gentle and effective than Dr. Ngai’s. Going to the dentist for a cleaning was never a pleasant experience over the years and often left my gums raw and bloody. Since going to Dr. Ngai’s practice in 1997, I’ve had routine cleanings, deep cleanings, night guards, fillings, extractions and a crown performed there. My only regret is not having moved to the North Seattle area sooner to take advantage of their latest techniques, training and the most comprehensive dental hygiene program I’ve ever experienced. Dr. Ngai, Hygientist Vi, Lisa and the rest of the staff are always super welcoming, sincere and experts in their field.

When I moved out here I started looking for a new dentist and my insurance provider had Dr Ngai at the top of their list for Edmonds and the surrounding area as their #1 dentist and now I see why she and her team are at the top of the list.
They constantly exceed my expectations as a patient and make sure I’m provided with everything I know and I need and more. Amazing team they have working here.
Special shout-out to Vy for making sure I’m well taken care of. She’s pointed out things my previous dentist have never mentioned and gave me a plan to bring my teeth back to a healthy standard and I can feel the results. T
